For when your site is broken and you need it back. After we fix it, Care keeps it from breaking again.

We fix one of these on one site:

• A white screen, or "There has been a critical error on this website"
• A hacked site: we remove the malware and close the way in that we find
• Upgrading PHP, the language your site runs on, when your host requires it
• Getting you back into your site when you've lost access (proof of ownership required)

How it works

1. You tell us what's wrong and prove you own the site.
2. You give us access to your hosting account, using the steps we send for your host. A Rescue can't be done without it.
3. We look at it and tell you what we found, and what we'll do, before we start.
4. If the fix turns out to be bigger than a Rescue, such as an old theme that needs rebuilding, we give you a price first. Nothing extra happens without your yes.
5. Fixed or your money back. If we can't fix the problem we agreed on, you get a full refund.

Good to know

• Your first month of Care is included. After that, Care continues at $19/month unless you cancel, and we remind you before it renews. You can cancel any time.
• Hacked sites can be reinfected through other routes. If you're on Care, we clean it again free within 30 days.

For when your emails land in spam, or someone sends fake emails in your name. It works for any website, WordPress or not.

What we do

1. Find every service that sends email as you: your email provider, website forms, newsletter tool, invoicing, bookings.
2. Set up the three records Gmail, Outlook and Yahoo check: which servers may send your email, a signature on each email, and what to do with fakes.
3. Read the daily reports for 3 to 4 weeks, until your real email passes every time.
4. Switch on blocking, so fake emails in your name get rejected or sent to spam.
5. Leave you with records that keep working even if you cancel.

What we need from you

• One change to your domain settings, once. You can invite us to your domain account without sharing a password, forward our email to whoever looks after your website, or follow our step-by-step guide.

Good to know

• Fixed or your money back. If, within 60 days of your domain change, we can't get the email you send through your email provider passing Gmail's and Outlook's checks, with fakes in your name sent to spam or blocked, you get a full refund. This applies once the domain change is made. If it isn't made within 30 days of buying, we can't do the work and the refund no longer applies.
• These records fix the most common reason emails land in spam, but not every reason. If your email provider's servers have a bad reputation, or the way you send is the problem, we'll tell you what we found and what would fix it.
• After the first month, Watch continues at $4.99/month unless you cancel, and we remind you before it renews.

• We ask each assistant the questions a customer would ask, such as "best your trade in your city" or "your business opening hours," several times each, because the answers vary.
• You get a dated report by email: whether you're mentioned and how often ("in 4 of 9 answers"), what's said about you, which facts are wrong, who's named instead, and which websites the answers relied on.
• Answers change over time, and can differ slightly by location and account. The report shows what the assistants said on the day we asked.
