For Care, you install our little connector plugin (MainWP, a small tool that lets us back up and update your site) and approve it. You can remove it whenever you like. For a Rescue, you give us hosting access through a secure form, and we delete those details once the job’s done.
Just what it says. You pay up front, like any handyman job. On Rescue and Email Fix, if we can’t fix the problem we agreed on, you get a full refund. The fine print (there isn’t much) is on What’s Included.
No, and honestly, nobody can. Email Fix sorts out the most common reason emails end up in spam. If something else is going on, we’ll tell you what we found and what would fix it.
